Bulky Goods Shipping – Delivery via Planzer or DHL Domestic Express

Free for orders over CHF 100
For orders below this amount, shipping costs apply (CHF 8.50).

Please note the delivery times, as we carry a large assortment.

Many rackets are delivered within 1–2 business days.

For other rackets, the shipping duration can be approx. 7 days; these are also delivered with Planzer or DHL Domestic Express.

If you order a custom-made item, it will be produced directly by the manufacturer. Current delivery times for custom-made items are approx. 2–4 weeks.

As soon as your package has been shipped, I will send you the tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

All our rackets are insured during shipping – so don't worry.

 

Pickup at Feldbachstrasse 80, 8634 Hombrechtikon

Rackets marked as "Available for immediate pickup" can be picked up immediately by appointment.

For rackets marked with an approximate waiting time of 7 days, I ask for your patience. I will inform you via WhatsApp or call as soon as the rackets are ready for pickup.

Pickups are generally possible 24/7 by appointment – I am relatively flexible.

If you live in the Zurich area, it is also possible to meet at Zurich Main Station (Zürich HB) or Stadelhofen station.
